Customers say

The Kuma Lazy Bear Heated Chair is praised for its comfort and coziness, perfect for enjoying chilly nights around the fire. Customers appreciate the excellent customer service from RMH RV Parts. However, the product has not yet been used, so its performance and heating capabilities remain untested. Overall, the chair shows potential for providing warmth and relaxation, with a positive purchasing experience from a supportive local business.

Another Great Experience with RMH RV Parts

I’ve ordered from RMH RV Parts several times and have always received excellent service. The pricing is very competitive, and on this purchase of the Kuma Lazy Bear Heated Chair, I received a great price compared to other retailers. The order arrived on time (or even a little earlier than expected), and communication throughout the process was excellent. I received regular updates on the status of my order, which gave me confidence that everything was progressing smoothly. Even though I'm located in Calgary and they're based in Rocky Mountain House, I always check their website when I'm looking for RV or camping-related items. Their service and pricing keep bringing me back. One of these days I'll have to stop by and see the store in person! Highly recommended.

I didn’t know I was going to fall in love and become addicted !

These heated chairs were our first KUMA’s ! We have a seasonal campsite and use our kumas EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND PLUS ! And that has been going on for 3 years! That’s how well these chairs last !!! I wish I’d could share photos with our 3 Newfoundland dogs laying in whatever chair may be empty along with how well these chairs last DOG chair holds up to their well over 100 lbs ! I LOVE LOVE my KUMA I can not say that enough but I Also LOVE RMHRVPARTS ! I live in Saskatchewan and I am now doing all my KUMA ordering through them ! They have amazing customer service and so easy to have items shipped here to me! In these days of scams and not knowing who to trust - take my word and TRUST these guys deliver and stand behind their products! Our a collection contains 2 of these heated chairs and the covers that protect them ❤️

Kuma Lazy Bear heated chair

I really appreciated the response when I reached out in regards to the chair and the willingness to respond on the weekend when the store was closed. I have only tried the chair a little bit so I can’t really review that but I will say that the chair is comfortable and the heating element comes on quickly.

Fast shipping and great service

We ordered 2 heated Kuma chairs for a few days camping in Kananaskis in October somewhat impulsively. RMH definitely had the best pricing available and we were able to get express shipping that arrived in time for our trip. We’re excited to test out our cozy new chairs.
