OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Spend $500 or more on eligible products to receive $25 in RMH Outdoors store credit.

• Spend $1,200 or more on eligible products to receive $75 in RMH Outdoors store credit.

• The rewards do not stack. Purchases qualifying for the $75 reward receive $75 total, not $100.

• Qualifying spend is calculated using the eligible merchandise subtotal after applicable product discounts and before taxes and shipping.

• Store credit will be issued to the customer's Shopify account after the qualifying order has been fulfilled, subject to the promotion's eligibility and verification requirements.

• Customers must sign in to their supported RMH Outdoors customer account to redeem available store credit.

• Store credit is intended for a future purchase and is not a cash refund.

• Additional conditions regarding promotion dates, refunds, cancellations, credit expiry, and redemption restrictions will apply as specified in the final promotion terms.

Returns and refunds are subject to the RMH Outdoors return policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

If a customer returns an item from a qualifying order, the remaining eligible merchandise subtotal will be recalculated after the return and any applicable discounts.

If the remaining eligible subtotal no longer meets the original reward threshold, RMH Outdoors may adjust or reverse the promotional store credit associated with the order.

For example:

• A customer purchases $650 in eligible products and receives $25 in store credit.

• The customer returns $200 in eligible merchandise.

• The remaining eligible subtotal is $450.

• Because the remaining subtotal is below $500, the order no longer qualifies for the $25 reward.

Any adjustment to previously issued or redeemed credit will be handled in accordance with the circumstances of the return.
