Great Customer Service

Saw these all over the campground. Ordered the the screen shelter but only 3 wind and sun panels were available. Emailed the seller and was told more were coming in shortly so our order would be held until that time to avoid a 2nd shipping charge. All pieces were shipped within a week. Set it up in our yard in a couple miniutes. Can’t wait to use it at our campsite

Good product once u understand how it works

It was good, issues with twisting in product ... clam sent video how to fix it. Had it up. Good size and easy to carry. If not opened as instruction shows it can twist on its own.

Awesome screen tent

Shipping was fast and great communication with vendor. Took less than a few minutes to setup. Take down was just as easy. You do have to hold the bottom with your foot and top with other hand while pulling or pushing sides. This nice you figure that out, beautiful design. Its huge! Love it. Cant wait to give it a real test!

Clam Camping Gazebo

We order this a couple of weeks ago but because it’s not yet summer, we haven’t opened it up yet. However, we can say that RMH’s service was great. They tried to deliver it personally but because of the size, they ended having to use a shipping company. They communicated well with us as to what was happening so we were very satisfied with that.
