Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, contact us at rvparts@edwardsgarage.com. Please make sure to include your order number, and the item(s) you wish to return, and we’ll reply with instructions on what to do next.

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed, minus any shipping costs.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Certain items cannot be returned, see exceptions/non-returnable items below.

Damages and issues 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, defective or you’ve received the wrong item, please email us immediately at rvparts@edwardsgarage.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as certain hardware, paints, liquids and lubricants,. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded, minus any shipping costs (if applicable), on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
