No return policy
The product seems fine. I’d love to know how it work, but it won’t work with my combination of EcoFlow system. so I wanted to return it unused in the box. Basically, I looked at it for one minute then noticed it was not compatible because I didn’t have the plus version. reached out to your company and you have no return policy. your reasons where we cannot ship it back, but you can ship it to me ??? Seems very strange. Then you said we will give you a good deal on a unit. If you want to upgrade -thought about it for a day emailed back and said ok. Then you said we’ll get back to you on on Monday, but I needed to know pretty much right away because EcoFlow’s sale was ending before Monday so needless to say the overall experience was very disappointing and most likely will not be purchasing anything from your company ever again. Regards, Rob PS - dealt with a lovely lady forget what her name very helpful at the beginning. Said she would help me anytime I needed help - well I needed help and then decided not to help at all.
