Best customer service ever!! And love the product too!!

I ordered this after reaching out to the company to confirm I can get assistance if something wasn’t right with the item. The manager replied right away and let me know that yes they will work with the manufacturer if anything needs to be addressed. Also, after I had dropped the item into the shopping cart, I received a text asking if I wanted a discount. Add that to the good impression I already had 👍🏻 When the item arrived and was opened a couple of days later, it was determined that a welded piece had broken off the main structure of the item that was needed to stabilize the griddle. It was still in the styrofoam when we saw this so must’ve happened during shipping at some point. I sent a picture to the company with an explanation and again they impressed me with their fantastic customer service after reaching out to the manufacturer and having a replacement unit sent. I wish all companies I dealt with were so wonderful at ensuring customers don’t end up with half broken products and never hear back when trying to get resolution. It must be because they’re located in Canada ❤️. Very refreshing and I’m grateful I purchased this from them instead of a different vendor!! The product itself was easy enough to assemble with minimal difficulty. The burners are terrific, after seasoning the griddle nothing sticks, easy cleanup and care ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jury still out

I sent a message to Blackstone already few days post delivery. I was disappointed with the assembly process, especially concerns with misaligned components (lid, grill plate, grill box). Welds were not straight and there is a cosmetic defect in the steel box lid. The instructions refer to the first firing being important to settle any warping so I hope this will alleviate my concerns. Due to extended vacation I haven’t seasoned the unit or ooked on it yet. For the price point I did expect better quality to start with especially welds. If not, I’ll be in touch. I’m currently away and will hopefully do my first test drive cookout mid-August.

Cooking up Good Service

Quick delivery. Noticed upon assembly that the grill box/lid didn't align well. Concerns were addressed immediately, and grill box was replaced quickly. Great buy, and great follow up service, definitely recommend!
