All orders are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
With postal service delays that are occurring shipping times are outside of our control.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Flat rate shipping: We offer an amazing flat rate ground shipping fee of only $15 for most items.
Free Shipping: We offer free ground shipping on qualifying orders over $99*. The $99 threshold is the product subtotal after any promotional discounts are applied and is not inclusive of any sales taxes or shipping charges.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for orders that do not qualify for Flat Rate Shipping or Free Shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This additional cost is determined by your Postal Code by the courier company. We charge you exactly what they charge us.
Free local delivery is available for Rocky Mountain House and select local campgrounds. See checkout for details.
In town deliveries are made from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Mon-Fri. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Campground grounds deliveries are made Thurs.- Sat. after 11 a.m. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 4403 42 Ave., Rocky Mountain House (Edwards Garage). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00am - 5:30pm, Mon-Fri and 8:00am - 4:30pm, Sat. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We use various couriers like UPS, FedEx, Canpar & Purolator. If you prefer us to use a particular courier, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate that. We usually try to choose the best available option while shipping your order. We prefer not o ship to PO boxes as Canada Post tends to be slower, however, if there is no other option available we will ship to PO Box.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount minus any shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We don't accept returns for generators.
