Love these Kuma chairs!

They’re big and solid and cozy! Lots of room to wrap a blanket around you and feel cosy from the wind. I have tall people in my family and the chairs fit the back of the head and shoulders very well, and for me lots of room to cosy up with my dog in the chair. Very happy!

KUMA LAZY BEAR CHAIR

The process to order was simple enough for me to navigate. As the shipping was free I started getting notices that my chair would be delivered 2 days later then I got a notice there’s delay then nothing. Unlike Amazon fedex doesn’t deliver out south of Seba Beach so they turned it over to a “trusted” 3rd party deliverer who apparently doesn’t know where I am. I did try to contact fedex but was a waste of time. I contacted RMH who I turn were able to get a tracking number. I found out the “trusted” 3rd party was none other the inept Canada Post how doesn’t deliver anywherre. It did arrive at the post office in Tomahawk. It was picked. In hind site the shipping was free but the apprehension was enormous. The product is great. I should just driven to Rocky Mountain House and probably spend more money in store.
