This 2-stage filtration system combines a 0.1-micron hollow-fiber membrane with a replaceable activated carbon filter. The hollow-fiber membrane helps reduce bacteria, protozoa, and microplastics, while the activated carbon stage improves taste and helps reduce unpleasant odors, turbidity, and chlorine.
Weighing only 76 g, the BeFree AC 1.0L is designed to keep your pack light without sacrificing convenient access to filtered water. It delivers a flow rate of up to 2 litres per minute, making it easy to filter water quickly when you're on the move.
The EZ-Clean Membrane™ makes maintenance simple. The filter can be cleaned by shaking or swishing it in water, with no backflushing or special tools required. A rugged carry handle makes it easy to hang from a backpack, while the sturdy flip cap helps keep the filter securely sealed.
