Received Broken
This was to be a Christmas gift, so it was only opened today. Embarrassed and disappointed to find it damaged. The edge of the wooden case is dented, most probably from transport, since the carton box was also dented from that same spot. But that's just esthetics, and although it's always visible, it's not a big deal to complain about. Unfortunately though, unacceptable was the white tube inside the wooden case was completely detached and loose in its case. Which means I need to glue it back in place. Not happy about that, especially since I don't know if it left the store that way, or also the cause of damage due to the transport. Either way, I cannot trust to buy again from this store. I regret that I had not opened it as soon as received, as I did not expect it to be received broken. Sorry to say that this was not a good experience.
